The terms and conditions of delivery and payment for "Jamaica-Shop.com" are stated in detail on the order form. For personalised items we ask for prepayment of at least 50 % when placing the order. There is no minimum order quantity. All our prices include the statutory value added tax of now 19 %. The right to partial delivery is reserved, if this is considered to be advantageous for the transaction. If the customer wishes for special forms of delivery, the exceeding costs will be charged.
Goods in stock (we are not liable for problems during transportation) will be dispatched within an average of 2-5 days. Delivery times will not exceed 14 days. If the goods are not in stock upon ordering, we will make an effort to deliver as fast as possible. If failure to comply with a delivery deadline or service deadline is due to an act of god, industrial conflict, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline will be adequately postponed. Upon non-compliance with the deliver deadline for other reasons the buyer is entitled to fix a reasonable period for performing the delivery with a declaration that he will decline the sales contract after the expiration. In case the disability of delivery depends on the manufacturer or a sub-supplier, either the deliverer or the customer can cancel the sales contract if the delivery time exceeds 2 months. Damages for non-performance resulting from delay, impossibility or non-fulfilment are barred, included those generated until rescission of the contract, unless a legal representative of "Jamaica-Shop.com" acted demonstrably false or wantonly negligent.
We guarantee sale or return within 14 days for all unused products returned to us in a resalable condition including original label and package. The deadline for returning goods is preserved by sending back the commodity within the prescribed period. Excluded from this right are price-reduced products (special offers), products on special sale, software products and CD´s, DVD´s, CD-ROM´s and videos, which were unsealed by you, the special productions of merchandise products of all kinds as well as flocked or printed on products, unless you detect a fault. In this case an exchange takes place, but only against exactly the same product. We only accept returned parcels when they are sufficiently stamped by the customer. For incorrect or wrongly delivered commodity, we naturally take over the actual customer return transmission costs. To keep the term of the return right the sending date of the received goods is valid. Thereby the sales contract is dissolved. A reimbursement will be done in the appropriate timeframe (1st and 15th of each month). The reimbursement of forwarding expenses is completely impossible.
